Before you go any further

Exitt isn't for everyone. It's probably not for you.

It's not for you if you're still looking for product-market fit.

It's not for you if you sell services to founders: agency, consulting, freelance, recruiting.

It's not for you if you run e-commerce, info products, or anything that isn't software.

It's not for you if you're looking for a course, a playbook, or someone to tell you what to do.

Still here? Keep reading.

02

After PMF, the problems change

You found PMF. The product works, acquisition works, the first hires are in. You learned on the job, mostly alone.

Then the questions changed.

Moving past founder-led sales and building a real sales team. Keeping NRR above 100%. Moving upmarket without breaking what works. Reworking your pricing without losing customers. Hiring a VP who knows more than you do. Opening another country. Getting ready for a raise, or an exit.

And around you, nobody has these questions. Your friends don't get what you do. Your investors, if you have any, have never operated. Tech content is written for people chasing their first ten customers.

What you're missing isn't another playbook.

It's people who've already shipped the solution.

03

What it is

A group. People. Dinners.

No program. No content. No coach.

The group. Members ask their real questions and answer each other's. Churn, pricing, hiring, term sheets, mistakes. What's said there stays there.

The sessions. Each member takes a turn on the topic they know better than anyone in the room: their acquisition channel, their expansion, their stack, their move abroad. And they share it with the others.

The dinners. Small and private. The rest will come as the club grows.

The intros. When you join, we look at what you're building and connect you with the right people.

That's it. That's enough.

04

Why Exitt

Every member has one thing in common.

They're building a company worth buying.

Not to sell it tomorrow. Maybe never. But it's the bar they set for themselves, and it's why they understand each other.

members

From a few million in ARR to several tens of millions. Wherever you are, someone in the room has already been there.

06

Who's behind it

Exitt is run by OpenSource, the podcast featuring the founders building French tech.

Since [date], we've spent hours one-on-one with them. That network is what's in the room.

07

Who can apply

Founders and executives of SaaS or mobile app companies.

Companies that have found their market, and are scaling.

Operators. You build software, you don't sell services to others.

The exact bar, we discuss on the call.

08

How you get in

1. You apply. It takes ten minutes. That's on purpose.

2. If your profile fits, we call you. We look at your metrics and talk about what you're building.

3. We get back to you. Yes or no.

Pricing is shared on the call.

We don't follow up. If you don't get back to us, we won't chase you.

Questions

Is this a mastermind?

No. In a mastermind, someone sits in the middle and sells you their method. Here, no one is above anyone. It's peers only.

Is there content? Courses?

No. Content is everywhere, for free, starting with OpenSource. What you can't find anywhere is the people.

Why software only?

Because you move ten times faster when everyone speaks the same language. Churn, NRR, CAC payback, per-seat pricing. Nobody here needs it explained.

Is this new?

Yes. This is the founding cohort. There's no track record to show you yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. There's the room.

How do I know it's serious?

Look at who's in the room. Then listen to an episode of OpenSource.

Can I see it before I commit?

No. No trial, no tour, no free first month.

How much does it cost?

We discuss it on the call. It isn't cheap, on purpose: the price doesn't pay for the club, it makes sure everyone inside took it seriously.

My company already does tens of millions.

You won't necessarily be the biggest in the room. And if you are, you'll find something other than answers: the companies coming up, the talent they're training, and a few peers at your level.

I'm not a founder.

If you're on the leadership team of a company that fits, apply. We take few executives, and we choose them for the perspective they bring.

I don't have time.

Then it's not the moment. The club is worth exactly what its members put into it.

What if I'm rejected?

We'll tell you, honestly. You can apply again once your company has moved forward.

I want to think about it.

Take your time. We don't follow up.

If it's for you, you already know.
